Sonia, If you can get to an LDS (Mormon) Family History Center, you can order on microfilm the Bishop's Transcripts for the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr. Civil Registration didn't begin until July 1837, so the baptism entry will be the only document available and will not mention her birth, only her baptism. Hopefully, her parents were also married there and you can locate their marriage and also find baptisms of their other children, if any.
