Recent list exchanges on one of these lists suggest that it might be timely for me as list administrator to ask listers to continue to treat each other kindly in list exchanges. I have no wish to stifle constructive debate, and by all means feel free to disagree with each other - but preferably without introducing an element of personal criticism, implied or otherwise. In general limit yourselves to one bite of the cherry each on list, after that please do it off list if you really feel that strongly. Bear in mind that I also read list messages (although not necessarily in your time zone) and will take any action I feel appropriate, on or off list. As a further reminder, personal opinions on religious or political matters are taboo. At present it would be as well to include the British Royal family in that I think.
