I've been through the Llaniestyn & Tudweiliog sections of the 1891 census and cannot see either Ty Canol or Gwerllyn. I've found a number of Catherine Jones some widowed but not at the addresses that you give. Any ideas of other names in the family? How old was Catherine at her death?. Where was she born?
