Hi Michelle We have been in contact before. Coetmor is still a working farm, and the lady who once farmed it is a member of the Dolwyddelan Historical Society. Her son now owns the farm. I have been on the phone to her and she said that the old house is the one her son is living in, and when you come over if you like, she will be more than happy to meet you. Regards Bill Jones
