oops! Sorry should of replied to this one. Been away and trying to catch up. I think Hughes St and Hugh St may be one in the same but I may be wrong Page 32 of the 1891 census RG12/4666 Dist.8 is damaged and you can't see the street name or the numbers but I am guessing that it is the elusive Hugh Street and what do you know, there is a John PARRY there. I'm pretty sure he's not the right one though which is a shame :(. I can find some of the people on the 1901 census in Hugh St who on the 1891 in more or less the same order so safe to say my peeps aren't there in 1891 and arrive sometime before 1901 where I have the wife and very young sprogs.
