You will probably have received a message from Rootsweb informing list members that Rootsweb is going to change the way that it sends out list messages over the coming week. The Clwyd list is schedule to be changed Tomorrow (Tuesday) all the other north Wales lists (beginning with WLS-) are schedule to be changed on Friday. Apart from the possibility of a little bit of down time whilst the computers in America are being updated most list members won't notice much difference. However if you use "address filters" to sort mail from different recipients into separate folders you will need to change their filter rules. Listers who are using rules/filters for an address of CLWYD-L@rootsweb.com will need to change to CLWYD@rootsweb.com etc. (The -L is being dropped from the address). Some members may also need to "whitelist" the new addresses so that messages aren't sent to the Junk folder.
