Hi, I also have a relative who was a tide waiter and thanks to recent postings I now know what a tide waiter is which prompts me to ask ,what is meant by Captain of Band Train which is listed as occupation of the father of my tidewaiter both are named David Owen and are from TrefeilirTrefdraeth Caernarvonshire Wales.
