Dear list, I wonder if anyone knows anything about the Griffiths family of Tan'rallt and Llamerin, Llanegan? There was John (d 1794), his son William (d1824), both customs officials and "tide waiters", and grandson John Griffiths (d 1844). I am wondering if they are related to my ancestor Annie Griffiths of Penycaerau as William had a daughter, Anne, who would fit in terms of dates. I am waiting for the wills from the NLW but any help would be greatly appreciated.
