Hi to anyone who lived in Dolgarrog many years ago. We are looking for a family member who had a small holding near the Llanrwst Road. near Dolgarrog. My husband used to visit as a child and he is now 70 so anyone around that age might remember, if they were living near at that time. There were 3 children a boy PETER WILLIAMS he would be about 70 now. and twin girls one we think called Rose. The mother and father were JACK WILLIAMS and POLLY WILLIAMS. They had a few cattle and poultry and he worked in the Aluminium works. I know this is a one in a million chance but stranger things have happened in my geealogy research. If you can help at all we should love to har from you, Peter and Joan Williams New Zealand
Hi Peter & Joan, Glad you got the pictures of Llangwstennin. My Dad used to work at the Aluminium works at Dolgarrog in the late 50s and early 60s. I'm going up to see him again in October, so I'll ask him then. It's always worth the million to one shot!! All the very best, Les Williams Dover ----- Original Message ----- From: "P & J Williams" <p-jwilliams@xtra.co.nz> To: <WLS-CAERNARFONSHIRE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, September 11, 2006 12:17 PM Subject: [CAE] WILLIAMS - DOLGARROG > Hi to anyone who lived in Dolgarrog many years ago. > We are looking for a family member who had a small holding near the > Llanrwst Road. near Dolgarrog.
