The deceased was an old settler of Wood County, having been for many years in the employ of Mr F BIRON, John EDWARDS & Co, the Weed Lumber Co and others. He was an industrious, upright man and respected by all. He was buried on Wednesday the 25th, the funeral services being held at the Roman Catholic Church of Grand Rapids. EDITOR NOTE: the newspaper microfilm was hard to read, the deceased may have been 60 or 69 yrs of age.
