For all of you at ALHN (and you know who you are - grin) who beat me over the head last week that the WI Migration pages were not working, I have a pleasant surprise. They are NOW up and working. HURRAH!!! At least my 43 counties are (grin), and the rest of WI should be done most ricky tick... To submit, click submit on any page and follow the instructions, to check a county for your ancestor's surname click view on that county page, and the submitted names will appear alphabetically. Each place you put your ancestor moved to, they will automatically appear in that county, IF YOU DO IT CORRECTLY. NOW, if your ancestor is not there, do NOT NOT NOT send me an email stating that your ancestor was in that county and why aren't they there. They aren't going to be there unless YOU or someone else submitted them. That is how this site works... Now, having said that, I am sure to get at least three beligerent emails anyways (grin)...
