Surnames: PILSNER, JOHNSON, LANG Classification: Obituary Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/DGC.2ACI/1530 Message Board Post: Marshfield Daily Herald Sept 9. 1925 John Pilsner Succumbs to Long Illness Marshfield Resident for Thirty Years Passed Away This Morning; Funeral Sat John Pilsner, a resident of this city for thirty years, died at St.Joseph's Hospital at 6 o'clock this am after an illness of long standing diagnosed by physicians as an ailment of the kidneys. Deceased was removed to the hospital last Sat. Born in Horicon, Wis. thirty eight years ago, Mr. Pilsner came to Marshfield at the age of 8. In late years he followed the occupation of a carpenter and for a time operated a store on N. Central Ave. Besides his wife and mother, Mrs John Pilsner, Sr. he is survied by three children, Helen, Dorothy, and Norman; three brothers, Louis and Joseph this city; Frank Route 7 Marshfield and two sisters, Mrs Albert C Johnson this city and Mrs.SJ Lang fo Milwaukee. Deceased was a well known member of the local aerie of Eagles. Funeral services will be held Sat. morning at 9:30 o'clock in St John's Catholic Church. Burial will be made in Hillside Cemetary.
