    3. --=======264520EB======= Content-Type: text/plain; x-avg-checked=avg-ok-4AF11D9; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit McMillan Memorial Library has the transcriptions done by the Heart O'Wisconsin Genealogical Society of Wood County cemeteries. A card index to these transcriptions is also here. It was microfilmed by LDS and is available through their Family History Library system. Let me know if you'd like film numbers. You may request lookups from this collection of transcriptions by sending us an e-mail reference request. Go to the homepage of McMillan Memorial Library's website at: http://www.scls.lib.wi.us/mcm/ and click on "Ask McMillan E-Mail Reference." We do not charge research fees, but we do accept and appreciate donations to support our collections and services (and it is gratifying how many donations we do get on this basis). If you want a hard copy of any information we locate, you'll need to send us a SASE along with a printout of the e-mail upon which your request is based. But if an e-mail response is adequate, no snail mail should be necessary. While you're on our site, be sure to check out our Local History On-Line and Local Genealogy pages, which include the 1923 History of Wood County (full image in PDF files), the text and photos of the 1930s Wisconsin Rapids history called the "Tom Taylor Book," full images of Wisconsin Rapids area city directories from the first (1892) through 1921, indexes to all Lincoln High School graduates, an index to people, places and things mentioned in Dave Engel's "River City Memoirs" series, and much more, with more added regularly. We appreciate your interest, feedback, and support!
