Mr DUGAR had been sick a long time, his malady being cancer of the throat. He had recently came from his home in Ellendale, ND, to visit his children in Minneapolis for a last time, and died while there at the age of 71 years. Mrs DUGAR will hereafter make her home in Minneapolis where all of her children, George, Frank and Mrs LEWIS are located.
