Greetings from Seattle. 1st post to this list. Someone said there are a lot of GARDNER and MANNING families in Wood County, WI. The cities we have in our histories include Algoma, Mosinee, Oshkosh and Wassau. My bet is that the GARDNER family of WI is well documented but I need help figuring out where to search. thanks georgeann Have you tried a rootsweb search of the county boards? This would pick up the queries and posted obits, searchable by surnames. There were lots of GARDNER posts.
