Funeral services were held Wednesday Aug 23 at Buchanan Funeral Home in Pittsville, and Reverend James BENZMILLER officiated. Jack was born Mar 29, 1933 to Frank and Alice (HAMPSON) JACQUETTE, and he graduated form Warren Township high school. He was married to Beverly J SCHOLL Feb 16, 1957 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Waukegan, IL. He served his country in the US Marine Corps in Japan, and was employed for 30 years at OMC in Waukegan, Illinois. He was a former member of the Newport Volunteer Fire Department and a past member of American Legion Post 0771 of Gurnee. In 1993, he moved from Wadsworth, IL to Babcock. He is survived by his wife, Beverly JACQUETTE of Babcock; one son, John M (Connie) JACQUETTE of Grayslake Illinois; one daughter, Jacqueline (Joseph) HOFFMEIER of Lyndenhurst, Illinois; three grandchildren, Christopher, Morgan and Nicholas; two brothers, William (Carol) JACQUETTE of Wadsworth and Thomas (Mari-Jo) JACQUETTE of Beech Park, Illinois. Memorials have been designated to the Pittsville Volunteer Fire Department. Joan M.
