For the past twenty years or more he was in the employment of Messrs R Farrish & Bro. He was a hardworking man and respected by all who knew him. Four children mourn his death: Mrs Henry PODAWILTZ, Mrs Caroline MOYER, and Mrs Rickie WHEELER of Grand Rapids, and Mrs Ann SCHENK of New Rome. The funeral services were held on Thursday, at the Lutheran church of Grand Rapids, Reverend BITTNER officiating.
