Funeral services were at 10:30am Monday at St Joachim's Catholic Church in Pittsville. Rev James BENZMILLER, pastor, officiated, and Marilyn ORTNER was the organist. Burial was in St Joachim's cemetery. Emily MINOR was born on July 6, 1913 in the Town of Wood, Wood County, to Frank and Amelia (HAUMSCHILD) DUPEE. She attended Pittsville schools and married Charles L. "Tom" MINOR Feb 26, 1935 at St Joachim's church, Pittsville. After their marriage, the MINOR's farmed in the Town of Cary and the Town of Wood. In 1957 they moved to the city of Pittsville and at that time Mrs MINOR built and operated Emily's cafe for a period of time. For the past year she had been a resident of Bethel Center in Arpin. She enjoyed being a homemaker, gardening and flowers. She was a member of St Joachim's Catholic church and the Parish Council of Catholic Women. Surviving are a son, David (Christina) MINOR of Pittsville; four grandchildren, Gerald (Ronda) MINOR and Thomas (Annette) MINOR, both of Pittsville, Judith (Tom) ZETTLER of Loyal, and Kathy (Brian) LUTHER of Athens; nine great grandchildren; and three sisters, Lucy HOLSETH of Marshfield, Florence DUPEE of Pittsville, and Dorothy WEST of West Allis. She was pre-deceased by her husband, who died on October 10, 1997, her parents, three brothers, and four sisters. Joan M.
