Hello Listers, Saw this information listed and wanted to pass along a recent experience. I visited Ashland, WI, earlier this month in search of my ROWLEY, O'BRIEN and HODKINSON families. Part of that trip was a visit to the Ashland Historical Society, who recently relocated into new quarters. They were very helpful in finding some Rowleys who were listed in their collection of Ashland City Directories. I'm not sure about the entire range of directories, but believe it to be fairly complete from 1900 up to about 1940. Membership is not required to research the materials. Good hunting!
