Graveside services will be held at 10am Thursday at Forest Hill Cemetery, Wisconsin Rapids. Devon was born July 3, 2000 at Riverview Hospital, Wisconsin Rapids. Survivors include her mother, Dawn; one sister, Fawn Ashley HICKS, a grandmother, Mitzie (LEE) BROWN, both of Wisconsin Rapids; and her stepgrandmother, Loretta KUEHL, in VA. She was predeceased by her grandfather (James Lee KUEHL) and great-grapndparents (Charles and Mildred HODGE). Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Wallace J HAMMERLE, 33, currently held at Dodge Correctional Institution, Waupun, was charged with first-degree reckless homicide in connection with the death of Devon Lee KUEHL.
