Services were Thursday at Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. The Rev. Robert Buckman officated and burial was in St. Paul's Lutheran church cemetery in the Town of Sigel. Mr PETERS was born on September 13, 1956 in Marshfield, to William and Mary (CHAPMAN) PETERS. He married Debra THEIS on October 9, 1987, in Wisconsin Rapids. He was a truck driver for Precision Grading and Excavating. He was a country music musician in various bands in central Wisconsin and enjoyed hunting, camping with his family and motorcycling. He served his country in the National Guard as a member of the 32nd Red Arrow Division. Survivors include his wife, Debra, of Vesper; one son William "Willie" of Vesper; one stepson, Shane of Vesper; his parents William and Mary PETERS of Vesper; and two sisters, Linda PETERS of Vesper and Sandy PETERS of Wisconsin Rapids. He was predeceased by his grandparents and two uncles (Phil TOSCH and Ronald PETERS). A memorial is being established by the family. Joan M.
