CALWAY, Jr., 1926 - 2001 printed in the Pittsville Record, Volume 92 Number 14, Thursday April 5, 2001, Page 5 Ray B CALAWAY, Jr., 74, of Grand Marsh, died Saturday, March 31, 2001 at the Wisconsin Dells Health & Rehab Center in Wisconsin Dells. Funeral services were Thursday April 5, 2001 at Roseberry's Funeral Home & Crematory in Friendship. Pastor Dwight CONDON officiated and burial was in Gould Rock Cemetery, Town Of New Chester, Adams Co, WI. Ray was born on Nov 19, 1926 in the Town of Quincy, IL, to Ray and Josephine (BLANCETT) CALAWAY. He married Anna G. DUHAI on Feb 19, 1950 in Naperville, IL. Ray and Anna moved to Adams county in 1967 from Burnett. Ray worked for the Mauston Co-op. He retired in 1988. Ray was a member of the New Chester Fire Department. Survivors include his wife, Anna CALAWAY of Grand Marsh; four sons, Jim (Mary) CALAWAY of Kenosha, Ray (Barbara) CALAWAY of Pittsville; William (Linda) CALAWAY of Monroe and Thomas CALAWAY of Marshfield; three daughters, Betty (John) NEDBAL of Friendship, Mary CALAWAY of Baraboo and Bonnie (Brian) MARTI of Friendship; one sister, Elizabeth TOY of Roberts IL; 18 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and seven brothers and sisters, Bill, Wade, Gloria, Alvin, Frank, David and an infant sister. Joan M.
