HAYDEN died February 10, 2002 in Neillsville. Louis was born January 31, 1915 in the town of York, Clark Co. to Louis and Hannah (LEE) HAYDEN. He was married to Ione M. HAUGE on June 4, 1939 in Black River Falls. Survivors include three sons, Charles (Diane), Thomas (Linda), and David (Sue) HAYDEN; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one brother-in-law, Chris (Betty) HAUGE; three sisters-in-law, Thelma STUBRUD, LaVon ADAMS and Virginia HAYDEN; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ione, on July 2, 1995, his parents, an infant grandson, two brothers, Frank and Gilbert, one sister, Gladys, and a nephew, Jim STAPLES. Funeral services were held for Louis V. HAYDEN on Saturday, February 16, 2002 at the Merrillan United Methodist Church. Pastor Meg Erickson officiated and burial was in the Oakwood Cemetery, with Masonic services led by Ray Ransom at the funeral home on Friday Feb 15th. Torgerson's Funeral Home in Black River Falls assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be given to the Merrillan First Responders in care of the Jackson County Bank at Merrillan.
