Individual: Roy I SIGLER Birth: 26 Aug 1906 PORT EDWARDS - Roy I. SIGLER, 58, 310 La Vigne Ave. died at 6:25 p.m. Thursday at Riverview Hospital where he was taken 11 days earlier after suffering a heart attack. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Alexander's Catholic Church, the Rev. John BREY officiating. Interment is to be in the Port Edwards Municipal Cemetery. Mr SIGLER was general foreman of the shipping department at the Port Edwards mill of Nekoosa-Edwards Paper Co. where he had been employed for 34 years. He last worked on Dec. 19th. The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leroy SIGLER was born at Coon Rapids, IA, Aug 26, 1906, came to Port Edwards from Racine 34 years ago. He married Ann WACYNSKI at Waukegan, IL Dec. 6, 1924. Surviving are his wife; four sons, Leroy W. Port Edwards, Village President; Leon E. and James P., Wisconsin Rapids, and Richard A., Nekoosa. Two daughters, Mrs. Francis SAUTNER, Wisconsin Rapids, and Mrs. Boyd FALKNER, Port Edwards; a brother, Lynn, Cedarburg, IA; two sisters, Mrs. Walter RICK, Grafton, and Mrs. Al LARSON, Superior, and 14 grandchildren. Friends may call at Ritchay Funeral Home after 7 o'clock this evening. There will be a general rosary at 7:30pm Sunday.
