WI. Russ was born December 10, 1950, to Bruce and Ruth (HILES) MILTIMORE in Wisconsin Rapids. He married Sandra OLIGNEY April 28, 2978, at Dubuque Iowa. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Lisa (Dwayne) MULLINS, Kelly and Rebecca MILTIMORE; one grandson, Hunter BRUNDIDGE; his mother and stepfather, Ruth and John KANE; his father, Bruce MILTIMORE; his grandfather, Dexter HILES; and a half-brother, Jason BOVEE. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Marian HILES and paternal grandparents, Virgil and Verna MILTIMORE. Feldner-Ritchay Funeral Home, Nekoosa, assisted the family with arrangements.
