KUEHL Dec. 13, 1933 - Sept. 30, 2001 Winston C. Kuehl, 67 of San Diego died Sunday. He was born in Manistee, Mich., and was employed by the Naval Investigative Service. Mr. Kuehl served in the Naval Reserve during the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a member of the Naval Reserve Association. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth of San Diego; daughter, Letitia Irene Kuehl of San Jose; son, Winston Kuehl III of Michigan; and sister, Judith Long of Michigan. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. tomorrow, El Camino Chapel, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego.
