>From the Pittsville Record, Volume 92 Number 32, Thursday August 9, 2001, Page 9 Susan KONKOL, 88, of Vesper and formerly of Amherst, passed away at St. Michael's Hospital, Stevens Point on Tuesday, July 31, 2001. She was a resident of the Woodco Apartments at Vesper. Funeral services were held Friday at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic church, Fancher. Rev. Robert Pedretti officiated and burial was in the parish cemetery. Mrs. KONKOL was born October 14, 1912 in Spooner to John and Frances (LESINSKI) KENOWSKI. She married Stephen KONKOL May 8, 1933 at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic church, Fancher. He preceded her in death July 27, 1993. She was a member of St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic church. Survivors include one son Daniel (Linda) KONKOL; two granddaughters, Debbie DEDERICH and Lisa KONKOL; two great-grandchildren; two brothers Ralph KENOWSKI and Robert KENOWSKI; and two sisters, Marie ENGLE and Agnes WHITE. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and three brothers. Jungers-Holly Funeral Home, in Amherst, assisted the family with arrangements.
