Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Church in Nekoosa. The Rev, John SWING will officiate. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Mr MLSNA was born April 20, 1915, in Nekoosa, to Charles and Martha (HINTZ) MLSNA. He married Marion GARDHOUSE on March 3, 1945, in Felling-On-Tyne, Durham, England. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, in the European Theater. For 44 years, he was employed by Nekoosa Papers Inc (Georgia-Pacific Corp), retiring as a machine tour supervisor in 1977. Mr MLSNA was an avid outdoorsman and sportsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing camping and traveling. He is survived by four children, Carolyn HASS, Oshkosh;, David (Norma) MLSNA, Grand Junction, CO; Philip (Mary) MLSNA, Wisconsin Rapids and Valerie (Fiancé Sam) SAILOR. Three grandchildren, Melanie SAILOR, Elizabeth MLSNA and Carl MLSNA; one great grandchild, Taylor KNIPPLE; and one sister Lorinda MLSNA, Port Edwards. He was predeceased by his wife, one grandchild (Christine MLSNA), one stepgrandchild (Kevin MLSNA), one son-in-law (Clifford HASS), his parents, three sisters (Margaret CHRISTENSON, Josephine ANDREWSKI and Bernice GALLOWAY) and one brother (Henry MLSNA). Friend may call at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa on Friday from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday until the time of service.
