Sherry was born October 20, 1973 in Ohio to Danny and Dorothy (LIKENS) SMITH of Logan, West Virginia. She attended school in Logan, and after living in many eastern states, moved to Pittsville in July 2001. She was engaged to Vern BUNDICK of the Marshfield area on Valentine's Day. She is survived by her fiance, Vern, her parents, one daughter, Tiffany Lynn PATRICK; one step-son, Chad Joseph BUNDICK; one sister, Marie (Houston) MARCUM; and maternal grandmother, Nellie LIKENS. Funeral services were Thursday, September 27, 2001 at the Buchanan Funeral Home.
