Paul was born on November 8, 1961 to Norman and Joyce (LUDWIG) MEYER in Oshkosh, WI. He married Diana KOHLS on March 4, 1989 in Wisconsin Rapids. Paul worked in the technical support at Renaissance Learning, Inc of Wisconsin Rapids. He is survived by wife Diana KOHLS-MEYER, Wisconsin Rapids; son Elijah P MEYER, Wisconsin Rapids; step-sons: Joseph A BRINK, Ripon and Richard C KOHLS, Oshkosh; daughters Kristina K MEYER, Astra D MEYER and Rebekah A MEYER, all of Wisconsin Rapids; parents Norman and Joyce MEYER, Oshkosh; brothers John MEYER, Green Bay and Gary MEYER, Oshkosh and sisters Ellen ATCHISON, Oshkosh, Diane KLEEMAN, Fond du Lac and Sue KOCK, Oshkosh.
