He married Philomene Lesage daughter of Leon Lesage also my gr gr grandfather, he married Sophie Poliquin in St Suplice, Quebec. His parents were Jean Baptiste Lesage & Angelique Garon/Gauron married in St Antoine, Sorel Quebec. Leon and Sophie had a daughter Sophie who married Jacob Pataska Sr [Port Edwards]. Died of Bridges desease brought on by small pox. Then I came across a very stange one. Victor BOURGARD died September 12, 1897. 22 years, 2 months and 8 days. Parents were Victor and Phelenarr Hit by train at the Port Edwards Mill. Race Black. V2, P5 Next Victor BOURGARD died September 19, 1897 V2, P6 Race white, age 22 died when struck by a train at Port Edwards Mill. Parents were Victor and Phelenarr. Arnie served in the United States Navy from 1942-1945. He worked for Nekoosa Edwards Paper Co. Inc. at Port Edwards Mill for 42 years, retiring as a maintenance supervisor in Dec 31, 1980. Janet worked at the main office at Nekoosa Edwards Paper Co. He retired in June 1985 after 25 years as the Undersheriff for Wood County. Bette worked for Proctor and Gamble, Chicago. She retired from the Great Northern Paper Co. in 1988 after 21 years of Employment.
