    2. I am seeking info on my Brennan ancestors from Grand Rapids from approximately 1860-1920, maybe beyond. John T. Brennan, born April 16, 1853, MA or RI, married Ellen Starr Children: Earl, born April 1884, married Rose ?; John L., born June 1886, married Genevieve ?; and Neil, born November 1889, married Bern? and/or Clara? William D. Brennan, born September 1859, RI, married Mamie Rocheleau; moved to Seattle, WA after 1906 Children: Bertram, born January 1888; Eva, born June 1892; and Arthur, born February 1896. Mary Ann Brennan, born October 10, 1851, MA, married William Francis Corcoran Children: Mary Geraldine (Mamie G.), born May 1875; William John, born December 1876; Katherine (Katie), born February 1883; Charles Edmund, born February 1888; Thomas Emmett, born April 1891; Esther Joanna, born April 1896.     2. Does anyone have information on a Martin Corcoran from Grand Rapids, WI who was a riverman (hauled timber down the Wisconsin River) prior to 1888? I appear to have two Martins in my family. I am trying to find out if this Martin was the son of James and Margaret Ryan Corcoran who came to Grand Rapids 1853-1855. Sue

Our Kults lived in Ambia, Ind. Joseph had four children. My grand mother was one of the four. The other three was John, Peter, and Mary M. John and his family lived around Monitor, In. Peter and his family lived around Ambia, Ind and Mary M. and Elizabeth lived in Lafayette, In. John had 4 children: Ed, Bob, Helen and Josephine. Peter also had 4 children: Bernard, Paul, Rosealine and george. Mary M. marr. a Clinton Killion and they had 2 kids: Marge and Lloyd. Elizabeth married Vernon Weaver and they had 4 children: Violet, William, James, and Elizabeth who is my mother... Maybe this will help you. I hope. If you come across anything that may come close please let me know. But I wanted you to know there are some more Kults out there. I just don't know them very well.

I have information on the Blochowicz line....Peter Schuetz married Mary Blochowicz, daughter or Jan Blochowicz and Kunegunda Brzostowicz. Kunegunda is a sister to my ancestor Frank Brostowicz (Brzostowicz). There is a huger chapter on the Brzostowicz family and small chapter on Blochowicz in my upcoming book on genealogies of early Polish settlers of Sigel, Wisconsin, which will have 20 years of research! Nationality was listed as German for all, no state or village was listed and the destination for all was simply USA. This information is from "German's to America", Vol. 32, page 290. Severt, b. 28 January 1884 Marie Severt, b. 26 August 1887 According to the History of Wood County, Albert Severt and Matilda (Popp) Severt came to America in the summer of 1875, (the Italy arrived in New York in 1876) and after two years at Kiel, Wisconsin the family moved to Auburndale Township, Wood County, Wisconsin. Surnames related to this family include but are not limited to: Ahlmann, Ashbeck, Diem, Gauger, Grube, Kotlow, Mews, Popp/Poppe, Schroeder, Schultz, Trapp and Sommerfeld.
