Also, my kids went to Read School and they have pictures in the stairwell walls of the old school and the renovation it took a few years back. Try contacting the school or school system directly. It is now summer break so you would probably have better luck going directly to the school administration or wait until Sept when school is back in session. They even refinished the oriiginal bell. The man who did this had back connections to the school and he died before it was rehung. Good Luck
