I am not good with land records but I do know that the Oshkosh Public Library is the place to start. The lady to get ahold of is Mara on the second floor in reference. I know somewhere they have something that compares old street numbering to the new one. The numbering system changed little by little thru the years with a major change to how how it is today was in the 1950;s. But Mara is definitely the historian at the OPL....if it's available she will find it! She is a wonderful source of info!
