Again this is what I have on them as is on their marriage registration from the WI State Historical Society Date of registration: April 8, 1873 Full Name of Husband: Carl Ulrich Previous name of wife: Elizabeth Weil Occupation of husband: Workman Residence of said husband: Menasha Birthplace of husband: Germany Place where marriage was contracted: Neenah Time marriage was contracted: March 15, 1873 Name of person contracting marriage: W. Hagedom Residence of person last named: Neenah Names of subscribing witnesses: H. Otom (?), F Sturm Date of certificate of marriage: March 15, 1973 Name of father of husband: Name of mother of husband: Sophie Ulrich Name of father of wife: Herman Weil Name of mother of wife: Elizabeth Weil Neither show up on the 1870 and after U.S. Census for any state nor the 1875 WI State Census. They are not on any pre 1907 death records. Haven't located them in any of the Neenah, Menasha papers, Elizabeth was witnesses to my great grandfather's, Johann Heinrich Christian Schroeder, baptism 6 Dec 1868 and both Elizabeth and Carl to my ggreat aunt's, Marie Elise Caroline Schroeder, baptism 8 Sept, 1871, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Neenah. These are the only records the church has of them. However, after their marriage in 1873, they just seemed to disappear in to nowhere. I know I sound like a broke record, but I'm desperately seeking directions as to where to go from here. I have no futher information on either of them. Please any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Marv
