The research covers a large varitey of resources which you are informed of before the research is done. The time and resources searched are options chosen by the person requesting the research. ~~~~~ Oshkosh Public Library 106 Washington Ave Oshkosh, WI 54901 Current charges are $5.00 per obituary You have an option for sending your request to WLGS OR OPL....both charges do NOT apply. ~~~~~ A third option is to find a Winnebago County, WI volunteer to find your obit(s), etc at a much more reduced price.
