Hello: I am wondering if someone could do a birth record lookup for me. I have a ancestor whose name is Harvey Albert PAYTON with the birth date of 08 February 1888. I have found a record for World War I draft registration and I need to find out if the name of the parents on this birth record are James Payton and Mary Louise Bisson (Beseau). He was living in Oskosh County at the time of registration. The Reel number is D0002 and Record # is 002865. I am also looking for a marriage record for him and possible death record. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
