I know, as I have a book called "A History of Waukau" that Waukau was settled around 1846, my ancestors were abundant there, it might be that Pickett was settled around the same time. I have e-mailed my friend from Pickett to see if she might have some history info., if so will forward to you. Also, name of Thrall strikes a bell, seems the name of Earl Thrall is one I remember, hope your search is successful, also it seems that www.Google.com might be worth searching, my best wishes for a successful search.
