He would be around 63 or so.If you know the Loepers have them check within the family.My brother did not know his biological father.The only names I have would be his Great grandmothers name was either Martha, Margaret or maybe Matilda Loeper. Back in the 30s she had a Grand daughter living with her. This grand daughter would have been my brothers mother. There is a possibility that Marthas husband was a Herman Loeper.
