Surnames: Jacobsen Jacobson Johannessen Hansen Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/CGC.2ACI/438 Message Board Post: My great grandfather was Hans Jacobson his father is listed as Frederik Jacobsen. His mother is listed as Christina Johannessen Hansen. I am thinking that Hans was only the son of Christina and not Frederik as Frederik didn't marry Christina until he came to the US from Denmark and she was 4 years older then him and Hans appears to old to have been his son. (Hans was born in 1866). Does anyone have any info on these people in this area?
