It looks as though we may be cousins! I am the son of Herbert Junior Peters. Since both he and my mother (Elizabeth Perkins) were divorced before I was even born, I never really knew much about him. Although we did visit and see each other as I grew older. Herbert remarried a lady named Sally and worked as an alcohol & drug counselor until his death in 1995.
