"Bride" would fit if you allow the "o" part of the "d" to not touch the "l" part. It's a stretch, but possible. It's also promising in that it gives her a Western connection and this photo ended up in an antique shop in Boise, Idaho. I like the family below to be hers, even though they are in California. Note that the (***). On familysearch.org, it gives her mother's place of birth as Scotland. The actual census record says "NY". This is a match for Elizabeth Bell, daughter of Adam and Mary of Oshkosh, WI. AND, the firstborn son bears the name of her brother. Now, it does make Mr. McBride a Daniel, not a Donald, but those are very simlar names. It still doesn't account for the Spokane connection, but, as she lived another 63 years past the 1880 census, maybe they moved. :) What do you think?
