Does anybody out there know her maiden name? John Cady PINE was brother to Sarah Ann PINE who married Nathan Bennett BALDWIN of the Mormon Original Twelve, and appears to be descended from the same CADY line as Elizabeth Cady STANTON, woman's suffragist. Children of John Cady PINE and Ruth UNKNOWN SURNAME are: First son Arthur Fremont PINE, my gggrandfather, also a blacksmith in Omro. He married 3 times, siring 12 children. PINE marrying a Julia E. SCHULTZ on 15 Nov. 1920). Child #12 Daniel Cady PINE b. ABT 1924 or 1925 died as a youngster. Second son Wilbur J. PINE was a machinist and an inventor employed at PINE-IHRIG MACHINE CO. He married Anna Belle DOWNS. They had a son, Morton W. PINE, for whom I can find no records other than 1920 Census. Daughter Glendora Belle PINE, for whom I can find no records until 1930 Census in Los Angeles, CA where she is married to Lee Marion MARTIN and has a son Bruce Marion MARTIN. The MARTINS, in 1930 L.A. are living next door to Wilbur J. PINE and Anna Belle PINE, nee DOWNS, and all are engaged in the commercial farming of chickens. Third son Edward L. PINE b. ABT 1870 was a plumber and owned a plumbing shop. Possibly married twice, to Clara E. MOLL and then to Helena A. UNKNOWN SURNAME. 1920 Census shows Lawrence PINE and Dorothy PINE as step-children in the home of HOH Frank C. JAEGER with Clara E. Are you also researching any of these families? I want to know simple things like, what did their middle initials stand for. I would love to hear from someone with information regarding these families.
