I also found Lillie but that was all. At least now I have Catherines Maiden name. Can you clarify the part where you said the following: Owner is E.E. Eno Eno,------ born in Long Sutton Crosses, Lincoln., England Eno, Edward 1840 -1925 (Gar Marker) What is a "GAR" marker? I don't know if Edward was another brother? I do not have any married names. I have not been able to find anything in any records. I inadvertently put the wrong census in the original listing. I have 1870-1880, 1900-1910. I am trying to find frank in 1860 as it would have his parents names of which is my goal. Wish I could find a marriage of Frank and Catherine but no luck yet! Thanx again for all your help! LeLani

Subject: maps and aerials.... there are a lot of maps available on the net and they show the streets and perhaps the big named buildings or attractions, but mapquest.com ( a site which I have no vested interest in) has made available once again without signing up first an aerial view of what you have found via their street map.... this is usually available in the areas that are heavily populated...but do not pass up the chance to check out your own stomping rounds.. or a cemetery that you have not been to but know of... or a school that you might have attended.... go to mapquest.com enter in the address.... or intersection... and click mapit... than click the BIGmap box.... and zoom in or out as you wish... you can recenter it by clicking on the map at the point you wish to be the center... then when you have what you want, click that aerial tab about the map. then block and copy and paste into a document that you can save... do not use the link to safe it, since the link is transient and will disappear.... have fun tonight.....

Hi LeLani. I did research recently for Frank Eno Possibly Francois Ano born October 1844 in Canada died between 1910 and 1930. Did you not receive my response, or are you looking for further information? I did not find a death certificate for him under Ano/Eno. I did however find marriage or death records for others with tha surname: William, Malinda, William, Kate, Martha, Harry, and Louise. Blessings, Tracy

Born in Canada around 1845-47. I found them in the 1860 and 1870 census in Menasha and then in Marshfield in 1900 and 1910 census. There are no BDM records in outagamie county and I am desparately trying to find any downline or his death record thinking that maybe he came back to the Menasha area in his "golden" years to live with one of his 5 daughters. I have checked Wood and Marathon counties, and at the state level for a death record under Eno/Ano, but none was found. I would like to find out who his parents were as he was my great-grandfathers brother and I am at a stand-still with him. if you can give any insight, I would greatly appreciate it!! thanx, LeLani

The information given me by a cousin in Arizona has not completely checked out in the differnent generations including Wentworh and his family. In checking through the generations from Abraham I find He had a son named Wentworth and one named Abraham. Some trees name Arthur B. Littlefield as the son of AbrahamII and some list him as the son of Wentworth. My connection to this family is Through Wentworth's daughter, Shuah born in 1835. Some census records say she was born in Maine and other later ones seem to say she was born in MN. The family ended up in Winona County, MN where ssShua married my GGgrandfather in 1855 Wentworth is buried in the Saratoga cemetery at St. Charles near the farm he owned. Is this of any help to you. I am not good with land records but I do know that the Oshkosh Public Library is the place to start. The lady to get ahold of is Mara on the second floor in reference. I know somewhere they have something that compares old street numbering to the new one. The numbering system changed little by little thru the years with a major change to how how it is today was in the 1950;s. But Mara is definitely the historian at the OPL....if it's available she will find it! She is a wonderful source of info!
