    1. Marriage index lookup please
    2. Hi, If anyone has a copy of a marriage index after volume 4, if there is one, I would appreciate a lookup. I am looking for one or two marriages of the same person. Her maiden name was Lena Pelky. She may have went by the name of Magdalena etc. She was possibly married twice, either to a Charles Schroeder, Hugo Westenberger, or a Vollmer. We are not sure who she married first. Also if Hugo Westenberger was married to another Lena, I would like to know that too. Lena was supposedly married to both Charles and Hugo, but in the 1930 census they were both married to women named Lena at the same time. Any help would be appreciated. These marriages would have taken place about 1915 for the first marriage, and possibly after 1930 for the second. Thank you, Bobbi

Surnames: Burroughs, Walker, Suess Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/CGC.2ACI/618 Message Board Post: I am looking for living descendants of Elijah Walker (VT 1788). His daughter Amanda married Melancthon Burroughs, and they settled in Menasha around 1858, where they had five children, Helen, John J., Mary, Frank S., and Amelia. Dr. Frank S. Burroughs married Rosa Suess of Menasha in 1897, and they had one son, Frank G., born in Menasha about 1901, who was living there with his widowed mother and grandfather Suess in 1910. In 1930, he was living in Menasha with his sister and brother-in-law, John and Frances Schmitzer, aged 28, single, and working as an accountant in a paper mill. After that, I lose track of him, and don't know when and where he died or if he ever married and had children. I would welcome any information anyone might have, as he may have been the last of this line.

Check out the website: http://www.oshkoshpubliclibrary.org/obituaryindex/ Did your Orrin live in Oshkosh as well or did he just die in the Oshkosh Hospital? Maybe if he was from the Neenah/Menasha area his obit could possibly be in the Appleton Post Cresent (Outagamie Co, WI) For a copy of the death record you have to write to Winnebago County Courthouse Register of Deeds, PO Box 2808 Oshkosh, WI 54903-2808 First copy is $7.00 and each additional copy (ordered at the same time) is $3.00
