Can any one help please. I think these are part of my family from Ely Cambridgeshire, England and I would appreciate any help with them. Thomas and Jeremiah were brothers and Richard was their father. I hope some one can help in even the smallest of ways if only to suggest another site to check out. I believe he died in Mar 1980 in Forest City. He is my father's second cousin and so far the only one of the 5 siblings that emigrated to the USA I have been able to find anyhting about. I am looking for any of his descendants or any information about him.

My grandmother, Esther, was one of their daughters. I remember seeing chicken coops there, but don't know about any skunk farm, though it is possible. Don't remember ever mentioning a skunk farm.

My great-uncle James McCormick worked there most of his life. He is listed with them on the 1900 census in the Town of Oshkosh. James died in 1932.

I'm not sure when it--or even if--it became part of the City, but I suspect that a skunk farm would not have been permitted wihtin city limits! Anyway, that's the logical location.

She married Oiver C. Brazelton in1852 and died in Neenah, WI 17 Mar 1917. Do you think there is a connection with your Picketts. I have info on her decendants that I can share but not too much on her ancestors.
