How about calling the Waushara Co Register of Deeds to verify the certificate exists in the Waushara Co records at(920) 787 0444 (P. O. Box 338, Wautoma WI 54982 or the Wisconsin Bureau of Health Statistics, WI Division of Health, P. O. Box 309, Madison WI 53701. If you are *sure* he died in Waushara Co the county would provide the fastest service, waits of 3-5 months for a state-wide search are not uncommon <groan> Best wishes!!
