James DUNN and his wife Isabella settled and farmed in the Warren area about 1850. Of their family Thomas was the eldest, wife's name unknown, his children were Isabella born 1900 and married Lester Nicholaisen, Hazel born 1802 married Reid Englesby, Ray born 1904 married Dorothy Erdman, Camill born 1906 married Henry Hinz there could also have been a Myrtle and an Etta. Second child to James was Henry John who married Annie Dalziel their family was William, Katie who married a VanAirsdale and Winfield Dunn. Third child was Agnes Dunn who married John H Carter and moved out of the area. Fourth was Frank Dunn who married and lived in Soux City, Iowa.
