I have sent for a birth certificate of my grandfather, (born in Columbia Co. WI). I have sent for a death certificate of my great, great grandfathers brother (died in Waushara co. WI) hoping to find out who are the parents of our great, great grandfather. I send my $12.00 and I never even get a response. Does anyone know how to really obtain the document that they want? A person does not mind spending money if they get something, but it is frustrating to get nothing for your money. M.
