The Homestead Tavern was on Greenfield Avenue, on the corner of one of the major north / south streets, I think -- Sunnyslope, maybe. I didn't realize that you were connected to the Leistikows -- or I have forgotten. I expect that this was one of the taverns in which my grandfather played with his band. What is your connection to this place?
